Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-30
This is the website of Centre6, a marketing agency based in Kansas City and founded in 2012. This policy explains what the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to be clear and readable, and it is provided for transparency. It is not legal advice.
Who runs this site
Centre6 runs and maintains this site. It is a business website. It does not create accounts or ask you to log in.
What is collected
When you visit, standard analytics information is collected through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. This includes your IP address, general device and browser details, pages viewed, and how you move through the site. The site may also load advertising pixels from LinkedIn and Meta so that people who have shown interest can be reached later with relevant ads (retargeting). When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. If you use the contact form, the name, email, company, and message you submit are processed by Resend to deliver that message as email. Hosting and security are handled by Cloudflare, which processes basic request data to keep the site fast and protected.
Cookies and similar technology
The site uses cookies and similar storage to measure traffic, to support the session recordings described below, and to support the advertising pixels described above. It also stores small cookies to remember your privacy choice and whether you have seen the cookie notice, so your preference sticks on this device.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show ads based on your prior visits to this website. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits here and elsewhere on the internet. LinkedIn and Meta use similar pixel technology for advertising.
How the information is used
The information is used to measure how the site performs, to improve it over time, to respond to messages you send, and to reach relevant people through ads. It is not used to make decisions about you beyond showing you ads that may be more relevant.
No sale of personal information
Personal information is not sold. Under California law (the CPRA), some analytics and advertising cookie activity can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. When you opt out on this site, that opt-out also covers this kind of sharing.
Session recordings and heatmaps
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are actually read rather than just how many times they were opened. Clarity records a playback of the visit: pages viewed, mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and how long you stayed. It also builds aggregate heatmaps showing where visitors click and how far down they scroll.
Clarity masks what you type. Text entered into the contact form, including your name, email address, company and message, is hidden from the recording by Clarity's default masking, so it is not visible in playback. The message itself still reaches Centre6 by email through Resend, which is the point of the form, and that is covered above.
Clarity is treated as analytics here, so it follows the same rule as Google Analytics: it stays off until you agree in regions where consent is required, and it can be switched off at any time using the controls under Your choices below. Clarity sets two cookies on this site, named _clck and _clsk, so it can tell one visit from another.
Third parties
The third parties that may receive data through this site are Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity session recordings and heatmaps), LinkedIn and Meta (advertising pixels), Resend (email delivery for contact-form messages), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each has its own privacy practices.
Your choices
You are in control. You have these options:
Opting out turns off analytics and advertising cookies on this device. Your choice is remembered here. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site honors it automatically.
- Use the opt-out and opt-in controls above to turn analytics and advertising off or back on at any time.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or a browser extension. This site detects that signal and treats it as an opt-out automatically.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Opt out of personalized advertising directly with the ad networks. You can turn off personalized Google ads at Google Ads Settings, opt out of many other companies' interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative, and prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Opt out of the visitor-identification service described above at app.retention.com/optout.
Data retention
Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is kept according to Google's default retention period, after which it is removed on a rolling basis. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings and heatmaps according to Microsoft's own retention period for Clarity. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up.
How to make a privacy request
To ask a question or make a request about your information, use the contact form on the homepage or reach out on linkedin.com/in/timothyphelps.
